Black’s new title is executive vice-president, forest products, paper and paper pulp group. Christian Ribeyrolle remains executive vice-president, specialty cellulose group and operations for this business group are unchanged.

"Dennis Rounsville has been a valuable member of our executive leadership team, and a significant contributor to Tembec and the forest products industry through his long career, and we wish him a fruitful and happy retirement," said Tembec president and CEO James Lopez.
