announced that it will report its results for the fourth quarter and
full-year ended December 31, 2012 on Wednesday, February 13 and that it
will hold a conference call for holders of the Company’s 8% senior
secured notes, qualified institutional buyers, as defined in Rule 144A
under the Securities Act of 1933, securities analysts and market makers
on Thursday, February 14 at 11:00am ET.
