AbitibiBowater is selling off three of its Quebec-based forestry facilities. Located in the Mauricie and Bas-Saint-Laurent regions of the province, the sale represents a total of 76,724 hectares and a timber inventory of more than 7.7 million cubic metres.
Scotia Capital is representing the company as its financial advisor, and will field all inquiries pertaining to the sale.
