KINGSEY FALLS, QC — Paperboard Industries International Inc., a Cascades subsidiary, has bought Crown Packaging Ltd.’s folding-carton plant in Winnipeg, MB. The plant, which has an annual converting capacity of 15 000 tonnes of boxboard, becomes part of the Somerville Packaging Division of Paperboard, and will be known as Somerville Packaging, Western Division. The financial details of the deal were not revealed.
