According to a report by TB News Source, Buchanan Forest Products sought an injunction to ensure the continued delivery of wood chips to its Terrace Bay mill.
A wrench was thrown into the flow of wood chips to the facility the last week of September, when striking woodlands workers put up picket lines, effectively blocking the old Kimberly Clark Road.
TB News Source confirmed Buchanan spokesman Yves Fricot as saying the company needed an injunction in order to shut the blockade down.
