Cascades employees have a reason to celebrate. Named one of Canada’s top 100 employers for the second consecutive year, Cascades’ ability to create positive working environments while attracting and retaining employees earned it a coveted spot on the list.
A study to identify the 100 companies was conducted by Mediacorp Canada, in collaboration with Maclean’s magazine. The authors of the research based their findings on seven criteria including quality of the work environment and social life, communication within the company, performance management and value attributed to training. Employer commitment to the community was also evaluated.
Cascades is the only company in Quebec to have made the list. The company also received credit for earning the first of 10 places for financial benefits.
