The CEOs are coming. On May 8, 2008, chief executives from leading for- est and paper companies from around the world will sit down in Vancouver to discuss their thoughts on what’s going on in the industry, why and what lies ahead. The panel discussion to be held at the PricewaterhouseCoopers’ 21st Annual Global Forest and Paper Industry Conference will feature heavyhitters: Duncan Davies, president and CEO of International Forest Products; A. J. Devanesan, president and COO of Singapore-based Asia Pacific Resources Intl. Holdings; Bertel Langenskiold, president of Metso Paper Inc. of Finland; Thomas Stephens, chairman and CEO of Idaho-based Boise Cascade LLC; and Mark Suwyn, chairman and CEO of NewPage Corporation of Ohio. The full-day conference will also include thoughts from the Forest Products Association of Canada and the International Council of Forest and Paper Associations.
