The Chetwynd pulp mill now employs a total of 136 people, Chang said.
This mill is one of four in British Columbia owned by Paper Excellence.
It had an annual production capacity of 240,000 tonnes of bleached chemi-thermomechanical (BCTMP) hardwood pulp.
