Workers at Domtar’s pulp and paper mill in Dryden, Ontario have made a donation of personal protective equipment (PPE) and $5,000 to hospitals in the region to help with COVID-19 initiatives.

According to Dryden Now, students from the Northern Ontario School of Medicine requested PPE donations from the mill.

The mill donated what PPE it could spare to the Dryden Regional Health Centre and made the $5,000 to help health centres in Northwestern Ontario to purchase more PPE.
