Richmond, VA-MeadWestvaco is selling a specialty papers cedar mill to Potsdam Specialty Paper, Forbes has reported. While financial details of the sale were not confirmed, Mead- Westvaco said Potsdam is part of an investment holding company, and that all of the workers employed by the mill will retain their positions once the sale goes through in the third quarter.
