Feltest Equipment expands international team

January 21, 2019 – In support of their global expansion drive, Feltest Equipment BV has appointed Elvira Hughan as its new marketing manager and Nick Huijben as its new operations manager.

Marcel Lensvelt, managing director of the Netherlands-based Feltest, says that an increase in demand for the company’s instruments for paper machine clothing led to the decision to grow the organization.

Hughan has many years of marketing experience at leading Dutch companies, such as magazine publisher Sanoma Media #1 and Drukwerkdeal.nl, a disruptor in the print market. Hughan says she is excited to be “on the other side of paper.”

“An exciting part of my responsibility is to create awareness by sharing knowledge and best practices, so that more and more paper mills owners will benefit from our expertise,” Hughan says.

New operations manager Huijben will work closely with Hughan. He says, “My experience in organizing operational processes in fast-growing companies is a perfect fit for Feltest.”

Lensvelt says he looks forward to working with Hughan and Huijben. “They will help me take the discoveries from our lab and exciting new technology to where they belong… in the paper mills,” he says.
