Fraser Papers is looking to buy two mills in Millinocket, ME.

According to a report by Associated Press, Fraser already operates the mills, but is now seeking to purchase them from Katahdin Paper Company.

The facilities employ roughly 550 people, and produce approximately 250 thousand tons of paper annually.
