“We could not be more excited to celebrate the 10th anniversary of BIO’s World Congress to highlight the growth of the industry, particularly in Canada,” said Brent Erickson, executive vice-president for BIO’s Industrial & Environmental Section. “In Canada, industry, government and universities have joined forces to create a thriving and sustainable bio-based economy, creating new opportunities for agriculture, generating jobs, making greener products and cleaner processes.”
