Wilmington, DE — Hercules has bought Brazilian-based specialty chemicals company Logos Quimica. Headquartered in So Paulo, Logos Quimica specializes in the supply of specialty chemicals, tech-technology nology and services for the pulp, paper and coating industries. It has additional expertise in eucalyptus pulp processing.

Hercules is confident the acquisition will strengthen its presence in Latin America, while broadening its product portfolio.
