Removable Holder
The removable holders can be used to clean the inside of the recovery boiler or any other tank more easily and safely. It consists of a 3-in. by 6-in. pipe, two 2-in.flat bars, two locking screws, one 0.5-in. by 3-ft iron bar and bars for the structure itself. The two flat bars are installed horizontally between the bars that form the structure. The pipe is placed perpendicularly between these two flat bars. The 3-ft iron bar was installed at the lower intersection of the bars forming the structure. The two locking screws are used respectively to hold the water hose in the pipe and to attach the iron bar at the bottom of the apparatus. The hoses still have to be monitored and the position (angle) changed from time to time, but the workers no longer have to bend over and work in a precarious position to aim the water spray inside.
