Domtar and Weyerhaeuser have announced their new 13-member board. JACK C. BINGLEMAN, MARVIN D. COOPER, LOUIS P. GIGNAC, HAROLD H. MACKAY, W. HENSON MOORE, MICHAEL R. ONUSTOCK, RAYMOND ROYER, ROBERT J. STEACY, WILLIAM C. STIVERS, PAMELA B. STROBEL, RICHARD TAN and DENIS TURCOTTE comprise the Domtar Corporation board of directors.

The American Forest & Paper Association has named ABIGAIL KIMBELL chief of the U.S. Forest Service. She replaces DALE BOSWORTH, who retired.

TAPPI has elected three people to its board of directors to serve for a term of two years. CARLOS AUGUSTO LIRA AGUIAR, president and CEO of Aracruz Celulose S.A., JUKKA TIITINEN, president of Metso Paper North America, and MARK T. WATKINS, senior vice president, MeadWestvaco Corporation. Incoming chairman is MARK R. MCCOLLISTER, of Papermachine Inc, and JEFFREY J. SIEGEL, president of Mica Corporation, will assume the role of vice chairman.

Metso has also made some changes to its board of directors. The company’s nomination committee has proposed that SVANTE ADDE, AIJA-LIISA FRIMAN, CHRISTER GARDELL, MATTI KAVETVUO, YRJO NEUVO and JAAKKO RAURAMO be reelected. Matti Kavetvuo is proposed to continue as chairman of the board, and Jaakko Rauramo as vice chairman. EVA LILJEBLOM will be elected as a new member of the board.

Weyerhaeuser named DEBRA A. CAFARO to its board of directors.

PETER ZORNIO has been appointed chief strategic officer for Emerson Process Management.

Adhesives Research has named GEOFF BENNETT as president. He succeeds KAREN OLSON, who will continue with the company as a member of its board of directors.

Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance LLC has appointed WILL FRAME managing director at its Chicago office.
