In the first video, Attis CEO Jeff Cosman and members of the innovations team discuss the current inefficiencies in biomass processing and how the Attis is using byproducts from the pulp and paper industry to double biofuel output. More installments will be uploaded in the coming months.

Attis can recover 1.3 pounds of high-purity lignin for every pound of cellulosic ethanol it produces. The concentrated carbon can then be converted into gasoline or diesel, or used to make plastics and adhesives.
