MARSHALLTOWN, IA — Fisher Controls is introducing the modular, self-monitoring RegFlo Type RF100 and RF110 gas flow and pressure instruments to remotely measure gas flow.
The main function of RegFlow technology is the acquisition and storage of flow and pressure data which would be available via computer link from each district regulator. The information can then be used for gas load forecasting, system balancing and modelling, estimating pipeline inventory and documenting unused system capacity, while also providing alarm and diagnostic functions relative to these data points.
