International Paper has wrapped up the sale of its North American beverage packaging operations. For $413 million, IP sold off the division to Carter Holt Harvey.

The assets included in the transaction include converting facilities in California, Florida, Massachesetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Ontario and Quebec, as well as a manufacturing facility in Iowa, and a mill in Arkansas.
