Kimberly-Clark has been named to Working Mother‘s annual list of the 100 Best Companies for 2019 for its work to create opportunities for female career advancement, paid parental leave, benefits and flex time.

The company also earned a spot on the 2017 and 2018 lists.

The 100 Best Companies application includes more than 400 questions on leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, flexibility policies and more. It surveys the availability and usage of these programs, as well as the accountability of the many managers who oversee them.

“We are dedicated to cultivating an environment where working mothers can grow their careers and make meaningful contributions to the business, their families, and the communities where we live and work,” says Erin Mitchell Richeson, Kimberly-Clark’s vice-president of diversity and inclusion.

Working Mother also recognized Kimberly-Clark’s Working Mother of the Year, Jenny Misek.

Working Mother Media owns Working Mother magazine, a publication dedicated to career-focused women with children.
