May 4, 2016  By Cindy Macdonald

The Québec government has announced who will lead the five major workshop groups it has tasked with identifying the problems and finding solutions and methods that will help the forest products industry to move forward.

For the pulp, paper and bioproducts sector, the industry leader will be Daniel Archambault, executive vice-president, Kruger Inc. Archambault has more than 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper field.

The chair of each workshop is to present his/her findings at the Wood Innovation Forum. This is an event organized by Québec’s Minister of Forests, Wildlife and Parks, Laurent Lessard, to be held in Rivière-du-Loup on October 31, 2016.
