Indeck makes changes to service personnel

Bob Wilson has been promoted to service manager for Indeck Power Equipment Company. Wilson joined Indeck eight months ago as a service technician. He brings more than 21 years of field service, management and support experience.

Mark Jennings, who has been service manager for Indeck for more than 20 years, is changing roles to focus more on training and development of service technicians through customer on-site training and training at Indeck’s Wheeling, IL, office and shop.

As Service Department Manager, Bob will be responsible for ongoing service responsibilities and business development through customer service relationships. These relationships will build customer opportunities for controls, service maintenance, parts sales, equipment upgrades, boiler sales and rentals.

“I look forward to leading the transfer of years of knowledge and experience from our current technicians to the next generation of technicians. I am focused on growing the service department with new opportunities for Indeck,” he says.

Indeck munfactures, sells and rents industrial boilers.
