Chris Black, currently Tembec’s executive vice-president, paper and paper pulp group, will take on additional leadership responsibilities for Tembec forest products group, following the retirement of  Dennis Rounsville, executive vice-president, forest products group. Black’s new title is executive vice-president, forest products, paper and paper pulp group. Christian Ribeyrolle remains executive vice-president, specialty cellulose group and operations for this business group are unchanged.

"Dennis Rounsville has been a valuable member of our executive leadership team, and a significant contributor to Tembec and the forest products industry through his long career, and we wish him a fruitful and happy retirement," said Tembec president and CEO James Lopez. "Chris Black has the business and skills to lead the new group forward."

"This change reflects the ongoing transformation of Tembec, as well as management's continuing focus on costs as we reshape our business portfolio," said Lopez.
