Disc Saveall Sector Holding Tool
The purpose of the gadget is to ensure the safe and efficient changing of disc saveall sectors. When changing a sector, the gadget is slid onto the end of the sector below the one being replaced. It is used as a guide while sliding the new sector in place and holds it while the worker installs and tightens the fasteners. It can also help when removing old sectors. The gadget reduces the possibility of sectors slipping from workers hands while installing, thus lessening the chance of strains and sprains. It serves as an extra pair of hands. It is made from 3/8-in. by 6-in. long mild steel round stock and 3 ft2 by 1/8-in. thick mild steel plate.
