Norampac Inc. is selling a cardboard manufacturing plant in Mexico to its current management team.
Norampac Inc. is selling a cardboard manufacturing plant in Mexico to its current management team.
The plant in Monterrey, Mexico, represented 0.5% of Norampac’s total net sales of corrugated products. Terms of the deal were not released.
Norampac is a joint venture company owned by Domtar and Cascades.
The company owns eight containerboard mills and 24 corrugated products plants in the United States, Canada and France.
