The Elk Falls Division of NorskeCanada has formed a community advisory forum. In the hopes of strengthening relationships with its neighbors while creating a forum designed to share information on its operations and environmental performance, the meetings will further provide an opportunity for NorskeCanada to minister business updates.
Community representatives, environmental interest groups, First Nations, business, local government and NorskeCanada employees have been invited to participate in quarterly sessions. The first meeting is scheduled for September 29th, 2004.
