In an effort to counterbalance increasing materials costs, Ciba Specialty Chemicals has announced its Paper Treatment business in the NAFTA region will increase prices for its products by 8% effective July 1, 2004.
Escalating prices will be attached to the full line of retention/drainage/formation aids, dyes and pigments, optical brighteners, defoamers, sizing and barrier effect products, deposit control polymers, coating additives, imaging products and water treatment polymers
