PaperWeek Canada opens call for papers for 2021 virtual conference

The Pulp & Paper Technical Association of Canada (PAPTAC) has opened its call for papers for next year’s PaperWeek Canada conference and trade show.

Given the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the association is planning for a virtual conference to be held February 8-12, 2021.

The event is held in conjunction with BIOFOR International, PAPTAC’s conference dedicated to the forest bioeconomy.

Topics of interest for papers include papermaking, mechanical and kraft pulping, safety, reliability, environment, management and more.

PAPTAC encourages all industry leaders, mill personnel, suppliers, researchers and experts to submit their latest work for presentation in the virtual program.

Abstracts should not be more than 300 words in length and are due September 21, 2020. Find more information on the PaperWeek site.
