Black Clawson has named FRED SUPPON manager of mechanical engineering, where he will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of mechanical engineering and machine design.
GREG MAULE has been named mill manager for Stora Enso’s Wisconsin Rapids mill. Prior to this appointment, he held positions as superintendent and production manager, and was most recently manager of the company’s Niagara mill.
Stora Enso made an additional appointment, naming JOHN REICHERT manager of the Niagara mill.
WILLIAM McCARTHY has been named executive vice president-PMC at Albany International.
Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation has promoted five financial executives to vice presidential positions. ROGER BECKER is now vice president, taxes. JIM CHOU has been appointed vice president and controller for the containerboard mill division.
