TORONTO, ON — Triple R has released its newest line of BU Series continuous oil purification systems. The BU Series is now available in five standard sizes and can be fitted with one-, two-, three- or five-micron absolute rated elements. Specialty elements for purifying water/glycol fluids and for water removal are also available. The BU Series is said to provide a low-cost, easy to install oil purification system that is virtually maintenance free. Particles as small as one micron are removed, resulting in an oil many times cleaner than new fluid. Triple R says that 95% of hydraulic system failures are caused by contaminated fluid. The BU Series is claimed to eliminate as much as 87% of system failures in manufacturing environments. The BU Series will work in all hydraulic systems, static or as part of a mobile unit.
