The fall meeting of the Eastern Canadian Black Liquor Recovery Boiler Advisory Committee (ECBLRBAC) will take place Nov. 17-20 in Ottawa. The meeting will include two days of presentations and discussions, followed by a visit to the Fortress Paper specialty cellulose mill at Thurso, Que., to observe the new biomass co-generation facility.

Presentations and discussions will focus on key topics for both kraft and non-kraft mill operations in addition to power boiler and steam operations.
