STFI-Packforsk, the Swedish industrial research institute, merged with its Norwegian counterpart, PFI.
This merger creates an inter-nationally competitive research body, based both in Norway and Sweden, which offers R&D services within the forest industry sector. The activities range from pulp and paper technique to packaging and printing technique.
