Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation has earned several awards from the Paperboard Packaging Council and the Packaging Label and Gravure Association Global. The company took home the Gold Award and four Excellence Awards in the PPC’s 2005 National Paperboard Packaging Competition for its package designs. Smurfit also won two packaging awards and an honourable mention from the PLGA.
