Helsinki, Finland–Stora Enso has been found not guilty of charges laid against the company in December of 2006.

Helsinki, Finland–Stora Enso has been found not guilty of charges laid against the company in December of 2006.

U.S. Antitrust authorities announced on December 13, 2006, that Stora Enso North America had been indicted for alleged anticompetitive conduct in connection with the sale of coated magazine paper in the U.S. in 2002 and 2003.

On July 19, 2007, following a jury trial in the U.S. Federal District Court in Hartford, CT, the jury found Stora not guilty of the charges.
