Solenis acquires two pulp and paper suppliers
Solenis has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Lostris International B.V. and Wester Blend B.V., Dutch distributors and manufacturers of specialty chemicals primarily used in the pulp and paper industry. The businesses will be integrated into Solenis as part of its strategy to broaden its process chemicals offering and expand its geographic presence.

Solenis is a global producer of specialty chemicals for the pulp, paper, oil and gas, chemical processing, mining, biorefining, power and municipal markets.
