Solenis completes Topchim deal

Mar. 7, 2018 - Effective today, Solenis International has completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of Topchim NV. Headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, Topchim is an ecological coating company for the paper, cardboard, and packaging converting industries in Europe. Solenis will integrate the Topchim business as part of its strategy to expand its offering to the pulp and paper market.
