Domtar is still in talks with the provincial government about the Prince Albert pulp mill, the StarPhoenix has reported.
More than two years have lapsed since Weyerhaeuser closed the facility and close to six months have gone by since the Saskatchewan Party government dismissed the memorandum of understanding to reopen the mill that was reached by the former NDP government and Domtar, who bought the shutdown mill in 2007, the StarPhoenix confirmed.

A meeting between Domtar officials and the government is expected to take place early next month.
