Domtar has elected to group all its merchant operations under a single umbrella name, the Domtar Distribution Group. The move will establish Domtar as the fifth largest paper merchant organization in North America.

Individual branches will retain their local brand names followed by an additional description, “the paper house.” The company hopes the decision will help support future growth in the distribution sector.
