The COVID-19 crisis is challenging the pulp and paper industry, putting pressure on production capacity and resources.
Despite all of the extra safety precautions, your employees and fellow colleagues might be anxious and scared about the pandemic. But as part of an essential industry, they’re still showing up every day, ready to work.
Now is a great time to boost morale and share some positive stories. Why not nominate someone you work with for one of Pulp & Paper Canada’s Top 10 Under 40 awards?
If you know a future leader at your company whose strong work ethic and dedication to solving problems make your job easier, or someone who has stepped up to help during this unprecedented time, please let me know.
Nominating someone at your workplace is free and takes only a few minutes. Workers under the age of 40 as of December 31, 2020 employed in Canadian pulp and paper mills or associated industries, such as equipment and technology suppliers, are eligible to be nominated.
The deadline to nominate a colleague to our Top 10 Under 40 contest is April 15, 2020. Winners will be published in our Summer 2020 issue.
