In an attempt to find a buyer for New Skeena Forest Products’ pulp mill in Prince Rupert, BC and other assets, the Pulp, Paper and Woodworkers Union of Canada has commissioned the services of Watershed Capital Partners and Maurice Tibeault to help them restructure and finance a potential acquisition.
