CARNEGIE, PA — Red Valve manufactures control pinch valves in many sizes, in a variety sleeve trims, including the patented Cone Sleeve trim for precise throttling. anual, pnematic, electric or hydraulic actuators cna be provided.

Red Valve’s new Valve Selection guide for Wastewater Treatment takes readers through all stages of the wastewater treatment process and suggests the right products to use at each treatment stage.

DWYER VALVE WITHSTANDS HARSH CONDITIONS

MICHIGAN CITY, IN — Designed to withstand harsh environments, high pressures and corrosive conditions, Dwyer Instruments Series BV2C actuated ball valves are mounted to a pneumatic, spring-return actuator. The body of the actuator is constructed of glass-filled polyester to provide protection from adverse environments and corrosive process materials, such as some pulp and paper applications where metal actuators would not survive.

“WORRY-FREE” WITH HAYWARD AIR RELEASE VALVE

ELIZABETH, NJ — Hayward Industrial Products has introduced an all-plastic, true union air release valve that helps protect tanks or vessels from collapsing or rupturing during filling or emptying. It effectively replaces the traditional older style metal valves that could fail in operation due to corrosion. The valves prevent overflow of the process fluid as a tank is being filled, while allowing air to escape — minimizing the risk of the tank expanding as a result of compressed trapped air.

BURKERT DIAPHRAGM VALVES FOR CORROSIVE OR DIRTY FLUIDS

IRVINE, CA — Burkert two-way diaphragm valves, with intelligent on/off and proportional or manual control, give water and wastewater treatment plant operators more options in managing solution rates, system pressure, flow level and temperature. These valves are specially designed to provide long life while controlling corrosive or dirty fluids.
