Weyerhaeuser and Habitat for Humanity have joined forces to help provide shelter to families across North America. Weyerhaeuser lumber and wood from trees grown at Mount St. Helens is scheduled to soon arrive at home construction sites in 18 states and two Canadian provinces as part of the $1 million partnership between the two organizations.

The partnership was announced on May 18th, exactly 25 years after Mount St. Helens’ eruption. Weyerhaeuser has pledged to help build more than 25 homes by May 2006.
