Winners of the Safest Mill in Canada Contest revealed

The winners of the 2008 edition of Pulp & Paper Canada’s Safest Mill in Canada Contest have been determined.

The winners of the 2008 edition of Pulp & Paper Canada’s Safest Mill in Canada Contest have been determined.

In Category A (more than 100,000 man-hours per month), Domtar’s Windsor, Que. mill finished first place for the second consecutive year.

The Category B (50,000 to 100,000 man-hours per month) winner was Weyerhaeuser Canada’s mill in Grande Prairie, Alta.

Finally, in Category C (less than 50,000 man-hours per month), Sonoco Canada Corporation’s Brantford, Ont. mill took first place once again this year.
