He joins the Forum’s advisory board comprising high-profile stakeholders and professionals from the circular bioeconomy across the globe. The advisory board guides the industry in shaping the future of the evolving bioeconomy and identifies opportunities to work together to set a wider example on how to ensure a sustainable future.

“I am pleased to join the advisory board of the World BioEconomy Forum,” says Chaudhari in a statement. “It is a respected body and is working toward unleashing the immense potential the circular bioeconomy has to offer. I look forward to engaging with other members of the board and share my experience and knowledge in this endeavour.”

In this three-year tenure, Chaudhari will be involved in advancing the development of the bioeconomy in the Asia-Pacific continent, helping step up climate change mitigation endeavours.

The next World BioEconomy Forum will be held Oct. 18-20, 2021 in partnership with the state of Pará, and major bioeconomy associations in Brazil, ABAG and Ibá.
