Anhui Shanying Paper acquiring Nordic Paper

Aug. 1, 2017 – China-based Anhui Shanying Paper has announced it will acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Nordic Paper Holding AB, a Swedish producer of kraft and greaseproof paper.

Three of Nordic Paper’s mills are located in Sweden, and the fourth one in Norway.

Part of Taison Group, Anhui Shanying Paper’s core business consists of recycled fibre trading, kraft paper manufacturing, packaging, design, printing and logistics.

The parties say Nordic Paper will remain an independent European pulp and paper company and there will be no changes regarding the business or operations at the moment.
