KINGSEY FALLS, QC — Cascades announced that the merger of its European recycled boxboard operations with Reno de Medici has been delayed in order to allow sufficient time to complete approval procedures with the competent antitrust regulators.
It is expected that the approval procedures will be completed in February at which time a new date will be set for the merger.
