CCCA chooses new executive director
November 30, 2016 By Cindy Macdonald

Allen Kirkpatrick will assume the role of executive director of the Canadian Corrugated and Containerboard Association (CCCA), effective December 1, 2016. Kirkpatrick replaces David Andrews, who has decided to take a voluntary retirement from that position.
Andrews will remain on the board as a director and will assist in the transition of management responsibilities.
Kirkpatrick was formerly with Norampac, a division of Cascades, and Domtar Packaging, where he held various line and staff management positions. He is a former chairman of the Paper and Paperboard Packaging Environmental Council (PPEC), and he also served on the board of the Packaging Association of Canada.
He will be based in the CCCA’s Brampton, Ont., office.
The Canadian Corrugated and Containerboard Association is a not-for-profit trade association that advances the competitiveness of the industry.
