International Forest Products has wrapped up the acquisition of Portac’s operations in Washington State. The previously announced transaction was financed with the company’s existing credit facilities.

The purchase brings Interfor’s holdings in Washington to two sawmills. The company owns mills in BC and Oregon, as well.
