Kimberly-Clark declares its quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.16 per share. The dividend is payable on July 5, 2022, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2022.

The company stated in a release that this represents the 50^th consecutive year that Kimberly-Clark has increased its dividend and the 88^th straight year that the company has paid a dividend to shareholders.
