Kruger Inc. has increased its share of Papeles Nacionales SA, Columbia’s largest tissue paper exporter, the Montreal Gazette has reported. The company upped its holding in the company by 10.2%, to 98%. The Gazette further reported that Kruger, which founded the Colombian company in 1960, purchased 24.8 million shares for $1.34 million U.S.
